Made with soft and clear PVC these sleeves are closed on 3 sides and can be loaded from the top. The top side has two 3 punched holes, 2 round ones on each end and one oblong hole.
Most sizes are available in Portrait (upright with opening on short side) or Landscape (sideways with opening on long side) orientations, which means the paper is loaded differently.
