Refund policy

Returns:
We do not offer returns unless the product is faulty or not as described. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Orders placed online can only be cancelled before they are picked and packed. If an order is packed, a restocking fee will apply to the refund. Orders already shipped can not be cancelled.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you have purchased and item by mistake and need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at sales@hanganddisplay.com.au.

We reserve the right to to a restocking fee no higher than 20%

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased more than 30 days ago.
